Where do you ship from?

We ship from a warehouse in Connecticut.

Is Grateful Dead Tarot in stock and ready to ship??

Yes! If you order today your purchase will go out in 24-48 hours.

How long does it take for my order to ship? "Fulfillment" is the time it takes for us to pick out and prep your products and package them for shipment.

We will ship all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 days of your order being placed, but please note that there may be fulfillment delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping holidays. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact Customer Care for help in figuring out if the deck can make your requested date. We want you to be happy!

What days do you ship?

We ship orders during business days, Monday through Friday. We typically do not ship orders out on Saturdays or Sundays.

Can I get an express order?

At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping is free.

I’d like to add specific shipping instructions?

We understand that every home location is not quite perfect for shipping drop off but our drop ship system does not allow for specific instruction notes.

Please be aware that Grateful Dead Tarot is a medium size box. this item will not close easily in a door or fit in a mailbox. It is about 12” x 8” x 4” and weighs 5 lbs!

please plan your delivery address accordingly.

Safe Delivery Advice

If you have any qualms about the safety of your location, please have your item dropped shipped to your local USPS or UPS for pick up, OR watch your email for your shipping notification and leave an instruction notice on your location for your delivery person, OR ship to local friend or family.

PLEASE NOTE


• Looking for delivery by a certain date? please contact us to see if it’s possible.

• We will ship your order as quickly as possible, but we only offer ground shipping at this time. When your item ships, you will receive email notification with tracking.

• We will do everything possible on our end to guarantee a safe and fast delivery and can proudly say, so far, so good.

• Keep an eye on all inboxes during the 24-48 hours after ordering and let us know if you don’t receive tracking during this time

• PLEASE, give a safe delivery location for a medium sized box. GDT is about 12” x 8 “ x 4” and weighs 5 lbs. plan accordingly.

• Once an item is marked delivered to the address provided, the customer becomes responsible for its whereabouts. Please let us know if an item never arrives, we are responsible up until delivery confirmation.

We will replace damaged-in-shipment items that are reported as so with in the 24 hour window of delivery notification. Please open upon arrival.


MISSING PACKAGES

Shipments that have been marked as "Delayed" or "Delivered" by the carrier company cannot be refunded.

If the item is delayed please notify us and we will work with the carrier to get it to you ASAP.


If the item has been marked delivered to the address provided but you can’t find it. We are happy to help point you in the right direction to work with the carrier company and provide any information you may need in that process.

If you file a missing mail claim, it's quite likely they'll find it. Filing a claim will initiate an inquiry from your local post office to your carrier. A lot of carriers now have GPS on their scanners and can tell you exactly where a package was left. They usually will call you within a few days of your claim being filed.

We also recommend checking with your neighbors, and double checking your order to make sure there wasn't a typo in your address that could have led the package to be delivered somewhere other than your address.
